Key Responsibilities

• PPM’s, breakdowns, and repairs on mechanical & electrical plant
• Ensure compliance to the contractual KPI’s/SLA’s
• Ensure health and safety standards are being met
• Managing contractors
• Mobile role covering sites across London

Background Required

• Experienced Mobile Engineer / Multi-skilled Engineer / AC Engineer / Combustion Engineer
• C&G, HNC, NVQ or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning or Refrigeration
• Experience in the building services maintenance industry
• Full UK driving license
