Key Responsibilities

• PPM’s, breakdowns, and repairs on mechanical & electrical plant
• Ensure compliance to the contractual KPI’s/SLA’s
• Ensure health and safety standards are being met
• Managing Contractors
• Operating the BMS system
• Shift work

Background Required

• Experienced HVAC Engineer / Shift Engineer / Building Services Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
• Experience operating BMS (Building Management Systems)
• NVQ or City and Guilds in a HVAC related discipline
